REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All NightmareCanvas prints are made to order. Because every piece is produced uniquely at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections, color preferences, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with a clear photo showing the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or a full refund — no need to return the product.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to sender or lost in transit due to an invalid shipping address provided at checkout, a partial refund of the product price only will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.
Print Placement Tolerance
Please note there is an industry-standard tolerance of 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this range are not considered defects.
